These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the gabje platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the gabje website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.
Binding Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gabje. Accessing or using any part of the platform confirms your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.
18+ Only Platform
gabje is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory during registration. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance returned per these terms.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted exactly one gabje account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.
BDT Transactions Only
All gabje account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts. No foreign currency transactions are available.
Fair Use Policy
gabje maintains a strict fair use policy across all promotions, bonuses, and game play. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, abuse bonus structures, or engage in collusion or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.
Terms May Be Updated
gabje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of gabje after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by the gabje platform, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with gabje and confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with gabje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access or use the gabje platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the gabje website, including registered members, visitors, and any other person who accesses or uses any feature of the platform. The term "platform" refers to the gabje website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any application or interface through which gabje services are made available.
gabje reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, save where required by applicable law. 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility
The gabje platform is an adult entertainment service strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or accessing any part of the gabje platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
2.1 Age Verification
gabje employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. During the account registration process, you will be required to provide personal information sufficient to verify your age. gabje further reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Any account where age verification cannot be completed to gabje's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution.
2.2 Underage Accounts
If gabje determines at any time that an account is held by or was created on behalf of a person under the age of 18, gabje will immediately close the account, void all bets and game results associated with it, and return any deposited funds — less any amounts already withdrawn — to the payment method used for the original deposit. gabje expressly reserves the right to report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the gabje platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. gabje makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing gabje from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of services available on the gabje platform, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are obliged to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and to update it promptly in the event of any change.
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one gabje account. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where gabje identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gabje login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted via your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gabje support immediately.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
gabje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit documentary proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time gabje deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by gabje may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or the suspension of the account itself.
Acceptable documents for KYC purposes include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bills dated within the last three months, and bank or mobile wallet statements confirming ownership of the payment method registered to the account.
3.4 Accurate Information Obligation
Any account registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information is in breach of these Terms and Conditions and may be closed at gabje's discretion. gabje reserves the right to void all transactions — including bets, game results, deposits, and withdrawals — associated with any account found to have been registered using inaccurate or fraudulent information.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gabje platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gabje supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. gabje does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on gabje is ৳500. Deposit requests below this threshold will not be processed. Deposits made via supported mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are credited to the player's gabje account balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in the player's balance.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within the same business day, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active responsible gaming restrictions being applied to the account. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. gabje does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals; however, the player's payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name and that matches the verified identity on the gabje account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gabje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the requested amount exceeds standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been identified.
4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering
gabje is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. gabje may, at its sole discretion, delay, withhold, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to unlawful activity. Players who are found to have used the gabje platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will have their accounts closed immediately, their funds frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
gabje offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a gabje account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer description. Until the full wagering requirement has been met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer; any uncompleted wagering at expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only. gabje reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded, applied deposit limits, or are subject to any account restriction may not be eligible to receive or activate promotional offers during the period of the applicable restriction.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and their account suspended. gabje's determination in matters of bonus abuse is final.
5.4 Promotional Changes
gabje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already activated it, the terms in place at the time of activation will apply to that player's existing bonus balance.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets available on the gabje platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between a game's in-built rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless the specific game rule expressly states otherwise.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All virtual game outcomes on the gabje platform — including slots, table games, crash games, and instant-win titles — are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. gabje's game providers conduct independent auditing of their RNG systems to verify statistical fairness. The RNG cannot be influenced by the platform, the operator, or any player. Each game result is independent of all prior results.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on the gabje sportsbook are subject to the applicable market rules published at the time the bet is placed. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules as published on the platform. gabje reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
6.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, gabje reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. gabje's decision in matters of malfunction voidance is final. No claim for winnings that would have been payable but for the malfunction will be entertained.
6.4 Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gabje platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of all balances:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
- Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any competitive game format
- Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate sporting outcomes
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the gabje platform
- Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
7 Account Suspension & Closure
gabje reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, where gabje has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where gabje is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons.
7.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request the closure of their gabje account at any time by contacting the live chat support team or by using the account self-closure tools available in the account settings. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to all KYC requirements having been satisfied. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
7.2 Involuntary Suspension
gabje may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it suspects fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, terms violation, chargebacks, or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension period, the player's account balance will be held and neither deposits nor withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months will be classified as dormant. gabje will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via registered email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to the dormant account balance. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact gabje support.
8 Responsible Gaming
gabje is fully committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools that all registered members may activate at any time, free of charge, directly from their account settings. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; reality check notifications; cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion.
8.1 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting gabje's live chat support team. A self-exclusion prevents the player from logging in, depositing, or placing any wager during the exclusion period. Self-exclusions of less than six months may be reversed upon request after the exclusion period has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable and the account will not be reopened under any circumstances.
8.2 Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their gabje account at any time. A reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect, to prevent impulsive decision-making during periods of heightened play.
